Personal Series Adjustable Bench

The product was delayed, I was never notified and when I reached out to follow up after the due date had passed I had to send 3 emails to get a reply. They explained why it was delayed and offered home shipping. Another two weeks have passed and I tried calling customer service, left a message that was not returned, emailed a couple times again without answer. I finally get a shipping tracker but not to me, to the original warehouse I was supposed to pick up from and I had to call the sales line to get a hold of someone, who said they accidentally selected the warehouse address instead of mine, and it’s being delivered there. They promised to have it reshipped to me as soon as it got delivered and it has been a day after that and no new shipping number confirming it was reshipped. After almost a month I still don’t have my item, and no idea of when I will receive it without having to chase them around. No apologies. Terrible customer service.

Some pieces don’t fit together easily. The instructions are useless. Seems okay for the money when it’s on sale…

Love it works great.
