Karastan Gemini Ivory Area Rug

The rug is beautiful - it is very soft and love the texture. I actually ordered another because I liked it so much. However, one of them already has some loops that are already untangling. You can't cut the loose ones out, because it would actually destroy the look of the rug. Some spots look like black underneath and one has such an indention in the rug that it appears like heavy furniture had been sitting on the rug. The one rug doesn't have any of these flaws, so I don't know what to think. It's a beautiful rug and would absolutely love them except the one that I described above. Not sure how the same 2 rugs can be so different in quality. Love the one. The other one, I'll have to place in an area that doesn't get much traffic on it

Very nice quality rug

Love this rug! Very nice quality, but I would say it is more pale gray than creamy ivory. I could have used either color so it worked for me. It is very neutral, both in color and pattern, so it will be suitable for several furnishing styles.

Very good quality rug. Great customer service. Unfortunately color wasn't right for me. Good prices. I will be getting another rug soon. Wished they had smaller samples so you could try a couple
