The drive arrived well packaged and was easy to set up as Raid 1. All worked well until the Thunderbolt cable was accidentally unplugged from my Mac without first unmounting the drive. Macfixit were very helpful with remote support options but eventually I had to return the drive for further analysis. Once returned I have had no further problems and the drive has performed as expected. I can recommend purchasing from Macfixit as they support their products.

Works well and easy to set up, but a bit noisy, but not a problem. Didn't work properly at first but discovered I had a faulty TB3 cable. With the new cable no problems. Not as easy to remove and replace drives as LaCie Raids.
