It was a good experience. Purchase was easy and I loved the fact that there were no extra costs. I would however suggest that the patterns be sent in black and white as not everyone has a colour printer and to make it very clear that it is in an email format. The pattern was clear and large enough to see the symbols easily. Over all a good experience.
