Another easy upgrade from Macfixit

Many of the older Apple computers have memory (RAM) that can be upgraded , especially some of the older iMacs. This gives them a new lease of life and helps them to run faster. I added two 8GB sodimms to a 2013 iMac, as well as replacing the internal hard drive with an external SSD. Now the iMac runs much faster, is very responsive and will give a few more years of good service. The price of the RAM was very reasonable and it was easy to fit. The sales and customer service from Macfixit wa, as usual, excellent.

Wow, the wonders of more RAM!

Upgrading from the original 4 to 16GB of RAM has provided a noticeable improvement to my mid 2012 MacBook Pro. The simplistic procedure proved very cost effective. The Macfixit online shop is highly recommended for such upgrades.
