ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
First of all, Customer Service is perfection! JoJo had a sale going on for one day, but I was out of town for a week. I reached out to JoJo to see if there would be any way she could hold on to my order until I returned back to my home state. Without hesitation, she held my order until I got back into town. The scrunchies arrived in perfect condition. They are all so beautiful!
