Love the glasses a lot. However, i have been in contact with customer services as theres a fault with them which causes them to not sit straight on my face and ears. Customer service then told me “the nose pads move”, despite me explaining to them that one of the issues is that one of the ear rests are bent and could i please have an exchange. Not very good customer service at all, considering i have previously bought 2 other pairs from them which are perfect.
