Beautiful dress, very sparkly Fabric very loose weave and had several pulls when it arrived

The dress is beautiful. I'm just a bit shocked at the expense that came my way later. The dress was supposed to cost €49 in the sale, I assumed that returns would be free since I ordered within the EU. Later I had to pay the return costs of 10€ AND I was also allowed to pay the shipping. In the end it was €69 instead of €49. I find that a bit intense. 20€ more for nothing
