I have been taking the reishi now for nearly 2 months. I was a very bad sleeper prior to this. I had heard the wonderful qualities of this mushroom for sleep, and I can say, yes it works. My sleep is so much better, the quality of sleep I am getting is great, and I wake very refreshed.
