I finally received my order. The bag itself is beautiful, however the overall experience was disappointing. Prolonged delays, lack of communication, and only receiving attention after commenting publicly is not the level of service expected from a brand of this price point. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider purchasing from Milaner again.
