Looks nothing like the photo. Gem was almost completely clear. Upon trying to reach out I was connected with an AI agent. I asked to speak with a human and the bot simply changed its name and pretended to be human. I set up a return and mailed back the ring. I lost $8 for a handling fee. The tracking code shows it was delivered to the return address a full week ago and I still haven’t received a refund. Misleading product images, terrible customer service experience, and still no refund.
