Goodness gracious - Great pits of fire!

The fire pit itself is great - very sturdy and wonderful design. What I'm particularly blown away by though is the customer service. They were so accommodating with requests for assistance, information and even accommodating shipping alterations. I wish I needed another firepit just so I could go through these guys again!
