The upper buckles are WAY too tight. There should be an option with a longer buckle or more notches. The response from the technician is to wait for the boot liner to pack.

Perfect Fit

I am 68 and don't bend over like I used to, so I love the Powershell system because the boot and shell are so easy to get into. No soap, no tugging into tight rubber bindings. They still provide plenty of support and feel great.
