F rating on BBB! I spent thousands of dollars with Minkyholic and referred many friends and family, so this experience was incredibly disappointing. They did not honor what I understood to be their own return/refund policy when I had an issue with my order, and my concerns were never properly resolved. I also never received a giveaway prize I was told I had won. When I reached out for help, Dottie was hostile instead of trying to resolve the situation. A company’s true character shows when problems arise, and I did not feel valued or treated fairly. I won’t be purchasing from Minkyholic again.
