Love Goodsweat workouts!
Thank goodness for Rachael and Goodsweat. I cancelled my gym membership during the first year of the pandemic and have no desire to step foot in a gym again, I would be lost without these workouts! I have tried so many different at home workout routines and I’ve never been able to stick with anything or I never felt like I was getting the same workout I was able to get in a gym, I no longer feel like that thanks to goodsweat, I am a loyal follower and will continue to purchase more workouts as they come out.
