Modern Blaze provided excellent service in our purchase of the Modern Flames Orion fireplace. They communicated often. When we ordered the wrong trim, they helped us get the right trim. We've used the fireplace for a few days and love it so far! It brightens our living room and gives the room a cozy feel.
