Rancho RS5000X RS55283 Suspension Shock Absorber

Terrible service

Ordered 2 front shocks for my truck, received one new and one that had obviously been installed previously. Neither shock had the appropriate hardware. Emails to customer service got me a replacement shock, but still no hardware. Finally the hardware arrived separately. The whole process took nearly 3 weeks.
