Excellent customer service

I purchased the lip stick in Amber Noir color. Unfortunately, the lip stick was not up to my expectation. I wrote to Jasmine to express my concerns. Not only she was able to replace the lip stick with something else, she also recommended another product, which she sent along with the replacement. I offered to pay for the additional product, but she said I only need to pay for it if I like it. I want to give a shout out to this company for its excellent customer service. It is not about money, It feels really good to feel my patronage is being valued, and that my needs are being met. Thank you.
