Lovely towels. Soft and fluffy, yet absorbent. Unusual combination in my experience. Incredible value. Also the company is great. I had a problem with a towel that was way past the return date, because i had never had a chance to open the package, and they helped me anyway. Wonderful folks and great product.

Product Quality has declined

I was looking forward to receiving my towels, but I found them awkwardly large and not supple. I have washed them several times now and they are not soft, but rough. Disappointed.
