Slight breakdown in communication with my emails not being acknowledged or replied to, but this was quickly resolved by using the on line chat. Once my query was dealt with the draft was sent very quickly and the finished item soon after. Very happy with the canvas, would gongs far as to say its better than I expected! I am really looking forward to giving this as a present at Christmas.
