Perlite #4 Large 4 cu.ft. 115L

My local garden centres do not offer perlite in this large format bag. Having access to such items saves me money even when you factor in shipping costs.

I grow orchids. I am trying a new growing media where I mix the large perlite 50% with promix HP 50%. So far, so good. I water the trial plants only once per week, instead of twice a week. The perlite really opens up the mix. If plants continue to thrive, I will repot all my phrags using this method. I have about 200 phrags. Right now, I grow in semi hydroponic and I tire of the green algae. No algae with perlite and promix. Stay tuned!!!.
