I didn’t care for the look of this bracelet at all and I found the clasp very difficult to put on and take off. I contacted HeideJHale and they happily agreed to exchange it for the large beaded bracelet I also wanted. They are great to work with, very responsive and quality jewelry. I own many pieces of their jewelry and love everything piece I have received except for this one. It just wasn’t for me.
