8 out of the 25 trays showed up damaged badly. We liked the trays and decided to order 60 more and they agreed to replace the 8 broken ones. Our 68 arrived and this time 7 were badly broken. We are still out 7 trays and I have been messaging and messaging to get them either replaced or refund. And they ghosted me and won't return any emails. I do not recommend dealing with this company. Very bad customer service unfortunately
