AutoPot CROSS CONNECTOR 16MM

I purchased two of the autopot systems last year and had one of the stems on the auto connecters break. I ordered the 6mm size and it was too small. It would cost too much to return so I ordered the only other available size the 16mm. This one is way too big. You would think getting replacement parts would not be this difficult. I now have two pots that I am unable to connect and basically if any more connectors break the system is useless.
