I have bought my tri-tip roasts in the past from grocery store chains, and this one blew them out of the water.

ALWAYS EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND SERVICE!

I cooked it in dark Guinness beer in the crock pot with my own mix of corned beef spices. It was superb! Tonight I'm going to grind the few leftovers for a stuffed pepper filling.
