The black pair in size 9 are great! The navy pair arrived in mismatched size 9 and size 7! I reached out twice to your customer service email with no response. So, I sent that navy pair back UPS early this week at my expense. Please asap send me another pair of the NAVY flats with sparkly ties in size 9, both left and right foot!
