The first time I put them on, I found it very difficult with my high instep and was afraid they were too small. After that, they conformed to my feet, fitting beautifully and very comfortably.

I love them and they are well made. My only wish was that the heel was a little higher. I love that they are quiet and comfortable shoes because I wear them all day at the hospital.
