UPDATE: Customer service did eventually get back to mein email and was quick to apologize for the oversight and rectify the situation. Was given the options : Either a quick Full refund or ship the product. I choose the full refund. Mistakes happen, all is forgiven. I still highly recommend this product and company. Thank you.
