Where has this been my entire life!? I love NC's formula for their pigmented bullet lipsticks. You can apply this so easy for a fun sheer color wash or you can full send and make it more opaque. I am OBSESSED with an everyday vibe of doing a sheer look with this + their black embalming stick.
