Effective communication, fast shipping, great packaging, the only thing is I thought the pieces were gonna be a little bit bigger, by watching the photos on the site to the pieces I received was a little thrown off by that, maybe like clothing sites add a sizing chart for their clothes, add a sizing chart for the natural stones or a reference photo next to a hand like the photo I’m sharing as a reference
