Wildflower Wall Decals

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience ordering from Rae Prints. I placed my order in May and had to repeatedly follow up for updates. Instead of receiving clear communication, I was blocked on Instagram simply for asking about the status of my order. As a customer, I expect timely communication and professionalism. Delays can happen, but how a business communicates with its customers during those delays is what defines the experience. Customer service is one of the strongest forms of marketing, and unfortunately this experience fell far below my expectations. Because of the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled, I will not be ordering again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending Rae Prints to my friends or community. In my opinion, the product simply wasn’t worth the long wait or the disappointing level of customer service.

These are just beautifully designed, my daughter absolutely loves her room, we cant wait to get some more.

Amazing and so many compliments from it
