Gymshark Everyday Mini Holdall - Black

Gym shark is incredible when it comes to customer service and replacements. They definitely did right by me with this oder & sent me a new bag that's in transit. Though, they had offered me a refund, gift card, or replacement— I opted for a replacement in hopes that the next bag looks as pictured in the listing. Unfortunately, the first bag I recieved was very obviously used. It wasn't matte and flat black like the ones pictured online or in unboxing videos. The one I received appeared shiny from wear and scratched up from use.

Read other reviews that claim their bag looked scratched or used. I can see what they are refering too. However, you can still tell its brand new. I’m going to try wiping the bag and see if it makes a difference.
