Great products poor service

Don’t expect shipping updates in any sort of timely manner. Really disappointing as the products are great and the price point is reasonable but customer service is so so bad it takes days to even get a response.

Great experience and product

I started a subscription years ago because I have never liked off the shelf underwear options. This service has been wonderful.
