Delivery great, but item damaged

I cannot fault the speed of delivery. However, when I opened the package, the zip was broken. The broken parts were in the packaging, so maybe a little more care needed when preparing items for dispatch. A new case for the boules would be appreciated, if possible. I'm delighted that they didn't use EVRI.

Great set

Lovely little set of boules. The finish is not perfect, as in there are little pock marks in the metal, but this will no doubt get ‘worn in’ with play. They are a good weight. Will get lots of use.
