Good Product, Horrible Service

I've purchased this product before and it's great! We use it to tape our Aerial Hoops. HOWEVER, the Amazon service is completely horrid! I ordered 32x rolls, and received ONE single roll. Returned refunded, bought again, and the same thing happened...bought 32x rolls, received one. This happened THREE TIMES. I ended up just getting a refund and buying off the actual website. Would never purchase again off Amazon.
