Disappoinment.

I am very disappointed because the ring doesn't look like the image on your website, not even close. On your website, the front of the ring is all brass, but the one I receive, is painted with black and doesn't look so shiny. One thing I can assure you, is that I'm mad, the quality ain't there and instead of looking bright like the one on your site, mine looks black. So I'm asking you, what are we going to do about it?
