Disappointing customer service

I hesitate to give this product only 3 stars as I find the quality and esthetics to be top notch. I received a birthday calendar as a gift and loved it so much, I ordered multiple more as gifts for friends and family. However, the last one I purchased 6 months ago (but just gave it to my sister recently) came with the wrong tags as listed in the item description. There were 15 dog tags and no heart tags. The person I purchased this for doesn’t even own a dog. I contacted Woodland Shanty 3 separate times asking them to correct this issue and at this point, I still have yet to hear back from them. I’m so disappointed in this lack of good customer service and now I hesitate to order more in the future as I’m concerned they won’t be responsive in the unhopeful chance something is amiss in the future.
