Everything seems to be top quality. I haven’t used it in an emergency yet but so far everything went together very well and runs good. Good product.

I am satisfied with the product so far even though it has not been installed. I found a local Master electrician who will be here Wednesday to do the electrical and he knew a master plumber who will hook it into my natural gas line. I was missing the dust cover but that was the shipping company's fault. The receipt he left said there were two packages being delivered and he only left one. GFO was quick to respond and get me another one. I was in communication with GFO once by phone and a few times by email.
