The boards I received are beautifully made with great attention to detail (joints, sanding, finish) and excellent craftsmanship including how the graphics are applied onto the boards. I received the boards very quickly after ordering. While I initially had an issue with the original order, Steve provided a very reasonable resolution and communicated immediately and effectively during the follow-up emails. I cannot overstate just how good the customer service response has been and have been impressed with the level of support provided. Very much recommend this company if you are looking for quality boards!
