Olympic Dumbbell Handle with Rotating Sleeves

These are great! I'm so sorry I waited so many years to get them, because I already had long small-diameter dumbbells. I considered getting the fixed version but am very glad I ordered the rotating sleeves. Amazing difference for many lifts, esp. cleans. As you can see from the pics, they work great for bench press aided by hangers. In one pic, you can also see how much thinner Strength Shop Riot plates are than another reputable brand (on eithe end). Some reviewers have complained that the handles are too small in diameter. For me, they work fine, with or without straps for rows or the hangers for BP. I have medium to largish hands and haven't noticed any grip problems. Another great and affordable Strength Shop product!

Great dumbell! Very good quality! Sleeves works great, you could only improve grip thickness (29 mm or bigger would be better)
