Back to low bar squatting with the bow bar
Not a competitive lifter so no need for streightbar and the added stress on shoulders and wrists
Feels like 2nd nature for highbar too

A no-brainer for anyone over 90kg
There's no real good reason to squat with a power bar. Especially if you're over 90 kg or so. Those of us who are even larger know this quite painfully.
This bar is an excellent replacement for most of my squat training. It's similar enough to a squat or power bar to have 1:1 carryover. It's different enough to where it hurts my elbows and shoulders much less.
I've tried a few bow bars, including the Duffalo version. Don't buy those. Buy these. I own two of them, and am looking to buy a third. One for each gym I train in, because there's no excuse for me to train on anything else.
