Plush Cruiser Grips

Never arrived

My order never arrived. I was told it was lost in shipping, but the tracking never updated from 'label created.' I was refunded without the offer of having my item replaced, which I was happy to pay for. The saddle I wanted to purchase with this was out of stock and the customer service didn't seem interested in trying to help me replace any part of this order. Hugely disappointing, was my first time (now last) trying to order here.
