Satisfactory for the specifications

First time to buy this type of lifestyle kitchen appliance. Pros: Compact, sleek, modern looking. Very simple but at the same time successfully satisfy its functionality. Cons: May not be cons for this entry level model considering the low price. 3.5 L seemed adequate but in actual fact needs very frequent refilling. Operative buttons for required flow of water at the different temperatures needs tapping of the respective flat broad ‘buttons’. Tapping needs quite some force. If sufficient and considerable force is not applied in the tap it’s got to be repeated more than once with greater strength and force to get the flow of water going. Lesson learned: Should have probably gone for a larger capacity model with soft touch buttons which I’m sure is available in your lineup. Maybe will gift this to someone when we go for such a model. I wonder if exchange with buy back is available. Overall satisfactory for its price level and compactness

Simple to use

Dispensing speed is a little slow, so discovered a little hack. Simply put the filter tank on another jug, and now you have an extra jug of filtered water which you can just pour out as per normal. Simple.
