This is great to have on hand for soups, stews, and chilis. We use a lot of peppers and I like having a shelf stable option on hand in winter instead of filling up my freezers or spending the time dehydrating my own.

I am excited about the #10 can availabilty and the shelf life. Once i open the can i will use mylar bags to seal some of the ounces.
