They cancelled piercing and I could not get back my deposit. Was leaving town amd could jot reschedule for a later date. Never heard of not receiving a refund when the businees cancelled the appointment. So unprofessional.

I had a disappointing experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced, and I wish I did not come here as I’m not even sure they knew what they were doing. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone else.
