I ordered the small dog tag. Without realizing the the description said they can put 18 letters on the tag but in 2 rows. 9 letter each. I wanted personalized “FEARLESSNESS” which are 12 letters. By the time I realized uh oh, this could be a problem!! The dog tag arrived at my house. With the perfect engraving!! So happy. I am a long time customer of ZL!!
