Sandalwood Vanilla (Beard Butter) by Oak City Beard Company

Why did you change it?

I ordered the vanilla, sandalwood and Tonka bean about a year and a half ago. It came in a brown container with a stick sticker on top. The fragrance was amazing! Every time I wore it, I got a compliments. I finally ran out and needed to re-order. The new one came in a white container. The fragrance is totally different. Smells very strong vanilla with virtually no sandalwood or Tonka bean. Why did you change it? You had such a great product.

Been needing balm so I got this and my wife likes it which is the whole point.

Terrible

I've been ordering from Oak City Beard Co for years now and I might have to stop due to the failure of my last two orders. In each order, I had multiple beard butters arrive that smelled absolutely terrible. I ordered a sandalwood bourbon beard butter, and it arrived smelling like toilet bowl bleach cleaner. I won't be ordering from Oak City Beard Co, I'll order from someone else that takes pride in their product. Especially if they're charging $15 dollars for a 3 oz. product.
