Somethings different Sandalwood Vanilla Beard Balm

I've been a customer now for at while now, originally buying from Amazon and now directly from them. This company is great, I use several of their products regularly. The customer service is also amazing. The low score on this product is because something changed. This balm is currently too thick and doesn't have much of if any scent that is supposed to. This particular item was a replacement for what I thought was a one off bad jar but the second jar is the same. The good part of the review is that the company was very responsive and communicated well about replacing the original jar, even during the holiday season. I'm still going to continue to use their products but I am skeptical of continuing to use this one even though it is my favorite scent.
