Solid but Squeeky

The product is great, really gives my stability and confidence on my knee following an ACL tear. The only negative is that it squeeky with every step... everyone knows when I'm coming into a room its like something out a creepy horror movie.

Unfortunately the recommended method of measuring was not accurate for me. It did not fit around the knee where the support was required. The fit guide allowed for the fit around the thigh and calf but no support otherwise. I want to send it back. Alot of expense for no result.
