Sizing is WAY Off

The sizing on this is very far off. The description says to order one size larger as it runs small but mine arrived with the measurements from the chart of a Medium, no an XL. I had to look to see if this was child's sizing as the XL fits my teenager that typically wears a S/M. Even though it was a final sale, I reached out to the company to possibly have them update the charts or descriptions to avoid other disappointed customers and heard nothing back.
